Now hang on though, they "by design" DO have our best interests in mind. The problem is, they're going AGAINST their design these days. Which is why they're dying. You have to give the people what they want, to get their money in exchange, and these guys now seem to be like "nah, no thanks. No money for us, please."
Anyway the part of the internet we used to send nudes is already killed off, by these same types. And they're gonna kill off everything else, just like you said. How they gonna make money then?
I gotta agree with you about how we used to be able to focus on stuff better, but I feel like the right medium is somewhere in between "zero attention span" and "I can remember things I stared at for hours while profoundly bored" yknow? Feels like.. we had it nailed in the late 90s or so..
